St Nicholas OOSH prides itself on core values of care, compassion and inclusion and offer assurance of quality management and practices through our centres. We aim to provide an environment that recognises the value of family and developing secure, respectful and reciprocal relationships.
We are currently seeking qualified OOSH Educators/ Responsible Persons to join our services at Lambton, Waratah and Kotara South.
These opportunities will be available on a permanentpart-time basis working across our before and after school programs and vacation care programs for children aged 5 – 12 years old.
As an OOSH Educator/ Responsible Person you are expected to be an active member of a team which provides high quality childhood education and care to children.

EXPERIENCE/CRITERIA
A fun, professional, positive and reliable demeanour
The ability to collaborate as an active member of the St Nicholas OOSH Team
Be able to communicate effectively with children, families and your Team
A demonstrated understanding of:
The National Quality Framework, My Time Our Place, and the Laws and Regulations governing our industry
Child Protection and Mandatory Reporting
Workplace Health and Safety issues and practices
QUALIFICATIONS
Working with Children Check verification number
A Certificate III or Diploma in Children's Services or Certificate IV in Out of Hours School Care
Current First Aid Certificate, Anaphylaxis and Asthma Management training (Desirable)
Child protection qualification (Desirable)
