Job Description

The Role

St Nicholas Early Education supports and partners with families to nurture and inspire children as they develop the skills to flourish at home, in care and in communities. We are currently seeking an Early Childhood Educator (Certificate III) to join our well-established service at Raymond Terrace on a Permanent Full-Time basis.

You will have the ability to evolve in your role and progress within the organisation through a variety of learning and development pathways.

Desired Skills and Experience

EXPERIENCE/CRITERIA

Demonstrated understanding of:

  1. National Quality Framework (NQF);
  2. Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF);
  3. Child Protection and Mandatory Reporting;
  4. Workplace Health and Safety issues and practices

QUALIFICATIONS

  • An approved Certificate III level qualification for the purposes of the education and care services, national law and regulations
  • Child protection qualification
  • Current First Aid Certificate, Anaphylaxis and Asthma Management training
  • Working with Children Check verification number
